Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC is a certified public accounting firm. We are looking for a career, long-term Tax Administrative Assistant. The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented with excellent office and PC skills, including advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling, transcription, back-up receptionist for 10 line phones, filing and document assembly, litigation and providing support to professionals. Initiative and positive attitude a must while completing projects and recurring tasks under pressure.
Candidate should have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, ability to multi-task effectively and work independently and as part of a team. Qualified candidate will have the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage competing priorities and time effectively, have strong organizational and problem solving skills and a strong commitment to excellence.
Five years minimum continuous work history as an administrative assistant is a must w/ a preference in accounting and/or legal background. Background check and skills test required. Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable transportation.
