Irv is the former Managing Principal of Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC, currently is the Director of Continuing Education, and oversees the pension plan administration team. He recently obtained his financial advisor Series 7 and Series 66 licenses to assist in his clients as they plan for the future retirement, investment and insurance needs.

Community
For the past 14 years, Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC has reserved a weekday to close its offices and devote the day to serving the community. Irv has been the leader on most of these ventures. A native of the Cashmere area, he takes great interest in maintaining the culture, education and spirit of the community. He continues to support family values as a founding board member of “Wenatchee Rebuilding Together” and through his service with the Wenatchee YMCA, currently as president of the Trustees, member of the Finance Committee, Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wenatchee Valley College Foundation and with his wife Judy, co-chaired a successful $2 million Nurses for Tomorrow Campaign.

Irv is a past president of the Cashmere Lions Club and former board member and finance committee chairman of Wenatchee Golf and Country Club. As a member of Grace Lutheran Church he has served as Budget and Financial Committee Chair and council member. Irv actively pursues his passion for fly fishing as a former member of the Washington State Council of Federation of Fly Fishers Board of Directors and past president of Wenatchee Fly Fishers.

For more than 30 years Irv has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as past president of the Wenatchee Chapter of WSCPA and is a former member of the accounting and auditing committee at the Washington Society of CPA’s.
