IT DIRECTOR & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Martin is a native of Washington. He was the first CPA in the state of Washington to obtain the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation. Martin started his career with Weyerhaeuser as a Financial and Information Systems Auditor. He later worked in technology-related positions for a number of high-tech companies in the Puget Sound region and overseas before moving to Leavenworth and joining Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC in 2001.
In addition to managing the Firm's operations, he also consults with clients to help them effectively utilize technology and incorporate it into their strategic plans. He manages network and software implementation projects and assists clients with QuickBooks® and CenterPoint® software.
He is an avid outdoors athlete, skiing and snowshoeing whenever there is snow to be found, hiking, biking and participating in an occasional triathlon during the rest of the year.
