Charity was born in Mt. Shasta, California. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science- Finance degree and a Bachelor of Science- Banking degree. In October 2005, Charity obtained a Master’s of Business Administration, Accounting concentration from National University. Charity spent several years accounting in the private industry sector before switching to public accounting in 2005. Charity relocated to Wenatchee from Redding, California in July 2006 at which time she joined Cordell, Neher & Co., PLLC.
