Myra McGavin
Receptionist

Myra was born in Lewiston, Idaho and graduated from Lewiston High School in 1962. Myra
worked in the display-advertising department of the Lewiston Morning Tribune, during her senior year thru 1966. She entered and won the Idaho State High School Display Advertising competition and went on to take third place in the National competition held in Chicago. Myra moved to Wenatchee in 1975 and in 1978 went to work for the Eastmont School District as a Teacher’s Aide. A few years later she began her career with the Wenatchee Area Chamber of Commerce and Washington State Apple Blossom Festival. She joined Cordell & Conner in 1985, which merged with Ringler, Neher & Blakney in 1988 to form Cordell, Neher and Company. She specializes in Microsoft Publisher, customer and public relations and was voted Wenatchee Business Journal Receptionist of the year in 1991 and 2004.
