Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC was founded in 1988 when five professionals—Jeffery Neher, Judy Conner, Irwin Conner, Philip Blakney, and Al Cordell—brought together their established firms to better serve clients across North Central Washington.
What began as a shared vision continues today, as we build on that foundation to provide thoughtful guidance and support to individuals and businesses throughout the region.
1970
CORDELL & CONNER FOUNDED
Cordell & Conner is established in Wenatchee by Al Cordell and Irwin Conner. Judy Conner joins the firm in 1973. The first office was located on Mission Street in Wenatchee, WA.
RINGLER & NEHER FOUNDED
Ringler & Neher is founded by Jeff Neher and John Ringler in an office above the old Owl Drug at the corner of Wenatchee & Orondo Avenue.

MERGER
Cordell & Conner merges with Ringler & Neher to form Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC.
EXPANSION
CNC Financial Group formed to expand the firms offerings in 2002 with Jeff, Judy, Phil & Irv as founders.

2005
NEW LOCATION
The firm relocates to its Penny Road office in August of 2005.
LEADERSHIP TRANSITION
Kris Loomis becomes Managing Member in October 2013, succeeding Jeff Neher.

2018
COMMUNITY RECOGNITION
The firm receives a National Association of Secretaries of State Medallion Award for community service and involvement in November of 2018.
LEADERSHIP TRANSITION
Steve Neher becomes Managing Member, succeeding Kris Loomis.
