Melina Mendoza

Melina Mendoza joined CNC as HR Manager in December 2025, bringing a degree in Human Development from Washington State University to her role as a trusted resource for employees. She helps CNC's team navigate benefits, professional development, and the everyday challenges of the workplace, and is passionate about employee engagement and building connection across the firm.

Melina grew up in Mattawa and now enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, especially backyard evenings grilling and laughing together. She serves on the Mission View Elementary PTO Board and is the social media director for the North Central Washington SHRM association.
